Request process
An authorized customer representative may email the privacy address with the organization name, Wayah Summit client or account identifier if available, contact details, and the law or agreement that requires a DPA. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card data, or confidential Customer Data.
Wayah will verify the requester’s authority and coordinate a manually reviewed document and signature process. Any DPA applies only after it is approved and signed or otherwise made effective by the parties.
